About the property...
Fremont Adaptive Sport Trails is located near the seacoast region in the town of Fremont, NH in Rockingham County. The property has been family owned and maintained since the early 1960's and has over the years been used by the public for a variety of outdoor pursuits and activities, including hunting, hiking, target shooting, paintball, biking, model rocketry, airsoft, laser tag, boffing and others.

The land is approximately 26 acres on a gentle south to north downward slope, featuring stands of trees comprised of both hardwood and softwood species as well as some open scrubland. Also on location are more than a dozen simple structures for use in airsoft, paintball, LARPing and other activities as well as a variety of maintained trails and paths.

We are not a huge facility with miles of trails. We are actually the opposite. A boutique site that is in your backyard, to practice in and get a quick workout whether you are on the way home from work, out running errands or just need to get out of the house! We are also a central location to check out other areas and your paid admission allows you to park your vehicle at our facility during normal operating hours and use us as a base** for further travels in the area.

Other local attractions for atheletes are:
Pawtuckaway State Park in nearby Nottingham, NH which is slightly less than a hour away via bicycle.
Rockingham Recreational Rail Trail, Fremont Branch head which is across from the Fremont Library and is about 10-15 minutes away via bicycle.
Rockingham Recreational Rail Trail, Portsmouth Branch midpoint can be accessed in nearby Raymond, NH at the Raymond Depot and is about 30 minutes away via bicycle.
Fremont Town Forest System is comprised of two Town Forest. The first is Oak Ridge and is divided into two parking areas, North, 30 minutes away via bicycle and South, 15 minutes away via bicycle. The second Town Forest is Glen Oakes and is a short 20 minutes away via bicycle.
Sandown Town Forest in nearby Sandown, NH is a short 30 minutes away via bicycle.

We currently have free Wi-Fi for approximately 50% of the property, specifically the parking area and southeastern part of the field.

About what we do...
We will be opening in 2014, Mondays to Saturdays (limited black out dates apply). We are your local exercise and training park, easy to access and close enough to visit after work or doing errands! We are not a large resort with miles of trails. We are a boutique facility that caters to your need to exercise without you needing to trek to a facility hours away.

In the warmer months are trails are designed for wheeled activities including off road wheelchair access as well as room for joggers and Mom/Dads with off road strollers.

During the winter months we feature both rolled and ungroomed trails for those with snow shoes. Our trails cater to your activities! There is no need to worry about or hear complaints from cross country skiers or the local snowmobile club.

What do we offer athletes?
Wheelchairs A variety of main trails can be accessed by suitable rough terrain wheelchairs. Some of our side paths have also been designed to handle wheelchair traffic and we are expanding those not already suited!
Technical Wheelchair There are also several areas being specifically designed for practicing technical techniques such as rock gardens, switchbacks, staircases, log hops and drops.
Jogging All main trails and side paths can be utilized by joggers and cross country runners. A variety of obstacles will be built in the future for athletes to also work out their upper bodies as well as legs.
Strollers A variety of main trails can be accessed by suitable rough terrain strollers. Some of our side paths are also being redesigned to handle off road stroller traffic.

About the future...
